All estimates are free, written, and valid for 30 days. An estimate becomes a binding scope of work only once both parties confirm it in writing.
We commit to start and completion dates in writing. Exterior work is weather-dependent; if conditions make quality work impossible, we reschedule to the next suitable window and keep you informed.
Every project is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty covering defects in application such as peeling, blistering or flaking on properly prepared surfaces. The warranty excludes damage from structural movement, moisture intrusion, or normal wear.
Payment terms are set out in each written estimate. We never ask for full payment up front, and final payment is due only after your walkthrough sign-off.
Our crews are uniformed, insured and WorkSafeBC covered. We protect your property, keep the site tidy daily, and leave it spotless at completion.
